Dr. Steven Vickner is the Chair of Franklin’s Vantage M.B.A. Program. His prior experience includes serving as Vice President of Marketing Analytics and Decision Sciences at JPMorgan Chase & Co. where he developed econometric profiling models and large-scale optimization models to best allocate product offerings to consumers. Dr. Vickner was a tenured professor in the Department of Economics at Utah State University for three years. Prior to USU, he served as a professor at the University of Kentucky for seven years where he was also tenured. His research has focused on consumer behavior, strategic response, environmentally sustainable production practices, and water resources. He earned his Ph.D. and M.S. degrees in Resource Economics from Colorado State University, a M.B.A. from the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver and a B.S. in Economics with a concentration in Mathematics from Bowling Green State University.
