ASSOCIATE REGISTRAR
Franklin University is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Associate Registrar. Responsibilities include management of daily office operations and personnel, monitoring the accuracy of processing and quality of service to students, faculty, staff, administrators and alumni; management, integrity, validity, security, processing, and maintenance of student academic data and records; enrollment certifications; grade processing and reporting; enforcement of academic standards policies; coordination of graduation planning; assisting with publication of the University catalog; and working closely with the University Registrar.
This position requires the ability to handle detail-oriented assignments with accuracy, resolve problems and maintain confidentiality, and work effectively with urgent deadlines. Bachelor’s degree and supervisory/management experience required in addition to excellent organization, interpersonal, and communication skills; the ability to work effectively with others; and the flexibility required by a rapidly changing environment. Prior experience in a Registrar’s Office and with a computerized (Datatel) student information system preferred.
Candidate must possess a strong customer-centered philosophy and have or develop an understanding of and agreement with Franklin’s relationship management principles and University values.
