Human Resources Recruiter

Franklin University is seeking a dynamic and innovative recruiter with strong initiative. Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, interviewing and conducting pre-employment checks for candidates. This individual will manage all communication with candidates and hiring managers and provide support with new hire on-boarding activities. As a proactive team member, this individual will support continuous improvement and build strong internal and external relationships.

The successful candidate will possess a sense of urgency, excellent communication skills with all levels of the organization, demonstrated ability to successfully multitask in a fast-paced environment, strong presentation and customer service skills, and a positive, “can-do attitude.” Qualified candidate will have a bachelor’s degree, proficiency with Microsoft Office and a minimum of 1 year of related recruiting experience.
