Franklin's Graduate Coaching Program connects Graduate students with experienced business leaders who provide guidance and one-on-one career coaching.

If you hold a master's degree and have a solid business résumé, you can share your wisdom and expertise via regular coaching sessions to help students to develop a clear plan for professional development. Graduate Coaches receive free training and ongoing support to help you apply a coaching model you can use now and in the future.
