Franklin University Appoints Dr. David Decker as Fourth University President

Franklin University has appointed Dr. David Decker, Vice President for Global Academic Programs and Dean of the School of Management at the New York Institute of Technology in New York, as its fourth president, effective August 1, 2007.

"I am pleased and proud to be asked to serve the members of the Franklin University community. I am excited to bring my experience in both business and education to Franklin to lead the University in its continued success as central Ohio's leading educator of adults."
